Krissy is a Revenue Operations and Sales Operations leader with nearly 15 years of experience helping startups, growth-stage companies, and private-equity-backed organizations build the operational foundation needed to scale — including RevOps and Sales Ops leadership roles inside multiple VISTA Equity and Great Hill Partners portfolio companies.
Her work spans sales compensation design, pipeline governance, Salesforce implementation and optimization, territory management, and executive reporting. Her success is attributed to a turnkey approach — build, execute, iterate — that sets a business up to scale.
Krissy holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Data Analytics from Syracuse University's Whitman School of Management, Class of 2023, and a BFA in Interior Design, graduated Magna Cum Laude. She is a certified Salesforce Administrator. After the corporate chapter, Krissy founded Raison D'être Consulting to encourage founders and leadership teams to thrive on their own terms.
